If you're updating from an earlier version than 1.35 you may have to run the update_..._to_....php in the 
correct order to bring the database to the actual state
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

make sure to backup all of your files and your database before updating/replacing

replace conf.php and edit or (now just for version checkings)
